Improve-house.com’s shipping and delivery policy
The improve-house.com delivery team will check the orders to ensure quality before delivering to customers. In addition, all items are carefully packaged before shipping with a warranty (depending on the product line). For defective orders, our staff will come to pick up the goods and provide warranty for you according to regulations.

Shipping policy

The delivery time will be agreed upon by the parties during the contract signing process. For orders completed ahead of schedule, we will notify you. If you want to pick up early, the delivery team will support you to deliver immediately.

For urgent orders, improve-house.com will deliver quickly to ensure the goods are delivered on time to you.

In some cases, we may deliver late due to objective conditions such as: Bad weather, unfavorable traffic conditions, vehicle breakdown on the delivery route, problems during the shipping process.

Delivery time:

+ Goods in the city and neighboring areas: Delivery from 1 – 2 days after notification of Order completion.

+ Goods to the provinces: Delivery from 02-07 days depending on the location and shipping package chosen by the customer.

Delivery policy

If the shipping service is designated by us, we will be responsible for the products and risks such as loss or damage of the product during the shipping process to the customer.

Customers are responsible for checking the product upon receipt. When discovering that the product is damaged, scratched, broken, dented, or has incorrect product information, sign to confirm the condition of the goods with the Delivery Staff and immediately notify the Customer Service Department via Hotline: +47 291 72 581

After the Customer has signed to receive the product without making any notes or comments about the goods. We are not responsible for any requests for return due to damage, scratches, breakage, dented, incorrect goods, etc. from the Customer later.

If the shipping service is designated and selected by the Customer, the Customer will be responsible for the goods and risks such as loss or damage of the goods during the shipping process from the store to the Customer. The Customer will be responsible for the freight and related losses.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs will be calculated according to the agreement between improve-house.com and the Customer.
